Hale Kakahi has a 2-night minimum stay. Rates do not include 11.4166% Hawaii taxes, cleaning fee, and security deposit. Please call or email for special rates on stays of more than 25 nights. Sorry, Hale Kakahi cannot accommodate more than 6 guests.

Deposits, cancellations, and other policies

Deposit requirements:

A $200-$500 deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Payments by check or major credit card.

We hope you don’t have to cancel, but if it happens:

If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit less $75.
If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked.
We encourage you to purchase trip insurance as unforeseen events beyond your or our control can affect travel plans prior to or after your arrival.
